My favourite sauce dressing!
on the right: Sesame creamy dressing - smooth sesame paste based sauce
on the left: Yuzu-kosho dressing - hot, but a nice & fresh citrus flavoured dressing
Both dashi (soup stock) is used
You can substitute vegan stock for dashi stock
